Temps de tòfona is a way of living, understanding nature, the universe of the truffle and its gastronomy. A pioneer and sustainable project, ran by two young truffle hunters from Osona, who invite you to take a look inside the world of this exquisite wild fruit and the misteries which surround it.
PEP PALAU, GOURMET
The truffle world is filled with myths, legends, archaisms and darkness. Santi and Albert, new generation truffle hunters, aim to open windows which let fresh air in and give light to their jobs, from the woods, to the kitchen, going through the market. Taking the truffle out of the chest from the past and getting it closer to the present, with respect to nature and available to everyone.
